We know that there are many other home inspection companies you could choose from, that's why we strive to be as thorough as possible without sabotaging your contract by being nit-picky. There is a fine balance when it comes to inspections and we try to be cognizant of that as well. If there is something we feel is important to point out, we'll certainly do so, otherwise, we might address the smaller issues in a different way.

Also, while there are some circumstances out of our control, we'll always do our very best. to get your inspection report back to you within 24 hours of having your inspection performed. In fact, in some cases we can get the report back to you the very same day.
Our experience
We are previous construction contractors by trade and are very familiar with building homes, buildings, structures, etc. We feel like this makes us extremely knowledgeable when it comes to inspecting properties because we know how and why they were built, but we also know which signs of deterioration to look for that could mean potential replacement costs.
Who we service
We service both residential and commercial properties throughout the Memphis area. We do our very best to perform inspections around your schedule, often times we can make arrangements to do inspections with a quick turnaround time, but advanced notice is always preferred.
